Town Hall level and hero levels together. A maxed TH13 beats a bare TH15 for most buyers.
Whether the Supercell ID comes with it, and whether the seller will unlink theirs.
Whether it is in a clan, and whether you can leave it cleanly.
Builder Base and Clan Capital progress, which are often ignored in the description.
