Gamers Mandi Seller Rules

Version 2

By becoming a seller you agree to everything below. Breaking these rules can lead to listing removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.

Identity and withdrawals

  • 1.You must be 18 or older to sell on Gamers Mandi.
  • 2.Sellers must complete CNIC verification. The CNIC you verify with must belong to you.
  • 3.Withdrawals are only sent to accounts held in the same name as your verified CNIC. Bank accounts, Easypaisa, or JazzCash numbers registered to a different person will be rejected. No exceptions.
  • 4.One seller, one account. Running multiple seller accounts is not allowed. If you work as a team, share access to a single account.
  • 5.If your seller account is suspended, Gamers Mandi is not required to share the specific reason or evidence behind the decision. Most suspensions involve fraud or rule-breaking, and revealing our detection methods would help bad actors.
  • 6.Creating a new account to get around a suspension or ban is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban of all accounts involved.

Honest selling

  • 7.Scamming or defrauding a buyer results in an immediate permanent ban. We have zero tolerance for this.
  • 8.You must actually own what you sell. Selling accounts, items, or services that are not yours, or that you cannot legitimately deliver, is prohibited.
  • 9.Delivery methods that put the buyer at risk — for example handing over an account in a way that lets it be recovered later, or anything that risks the buyer's own game account — are not allowed.
  • 10.If we find you have scammed a buyer or committed fraud, we can hold your funds to put the affected buyers right, and remove your ability to sell. How that works — what we look at, what you can say, and how long a hold lasts — is set out under "If something is reported about you" below.

If something is reported about you

  • 100.A buyer complaining is not the same as us deciding you did something wrong. An accusation on its own does not cost you your account or your money — somebody unhappy with a trade can say anything, and we know it.
  • 101.What we act on is evidence. We look at the order record and its timings, the delivery, the payment, the order chat, any screenshots or recordings either side sends, and your account activity where it is relevant. If we need to look wider than one order to understand what happened, we will.
  • 102.You get a chance to answer before a final decision, and we will tell you what the concern is in enough detail for that answer to be worth giving. Please reply within the time we ask for — a case where you go quiet is decided on what we have.
  • 103.In a serious case we may act first and ask afterwards. If waiting would let more buyers be harmed, we can pause your listings, restrict your account, or hold funds straight away. That is a temporary protective step, not a verdict, and the investigation still runs.
  • 104.Normally we hold only the money for the order in question. Where there is credible evidence that the problem is wider than one order — several buyers reporting the same thing, or a pattern in your account activity — we may hold other funds of yours as well, up to what is reasonably needed to put the affected buyers right.
  • 105.If several buyers raise credible complaints about you, we may look at those orders together rather than one at a time, and restrict your account while we do. Investigating six related orders separately is how a pattern gets missed.
  • 106.A hold lasts as long as the reason for it lasts. When the investigation finishes and nothing is owed, the money is released. It stays held while a dispute is still open, while an investigation is still running, while a refund or chargeback is still being worked through, or where the law requires it. We will not leave a hold in place with no reason, and if you ask what the reason is we will tell you.
  • 107.We will not disclose exactly how we detect fraud, and we will not show you another user's private information as part of explaining a decision. Both would make the next fraud easier.
  • 108.If you think a final decision was wrong, reply to the message telling you about it and ask for it to be looked at again. Send anything new that supports your side. Someone will review it. An appeal is a genuine second look, not a guaranteed reversal — where the evidence still supports the original decision, it stands.
  • 109.Money you have properly earned on completed, undisputed orders is yours. Losing your selling privileges is a ban on selling, not a fine.

Delivery and response time

  • 11.Deliver within the delivery time shown on your listing. Late delivery gives the buyer the right to cancel and get a refund.
  • 12.Only mark an order as Delivered once it is fully completed. Marking an incomplete or undelivered order as Delivered makes the buyer eligible for a full refund if a dispute is opened, and repeated cases will cost you your seller role.
  • 13.If your listing has a delivery time of 1 hour or longer, you must send the buyer a real message in the order chat within 30 minutes of the order being placed, confirming you have it handled. Orders without a genuine first response may be cancelled automatically. Automated or copy-paste replies with no real follow-up still count as no response.
  • 14.Frequently cancelling orders can result in losing your seller role.
  • 15.A high rate of negative reviews can lead to suspension.
  • 16.If you do not complete any sales for 6 months, your seller status pauses and you will need to verify again before selling.

Communication and payments

  • 17.Keep all communication with buyers inside Gamers Mandi's order chat. Sharing Discord, WhatsApp, phone numbers, or other outside contact details is not allowed — except for boosting orders where voice chat is genuinely needed.
  • 18.All payments must go through Gamers Mandi. Asking a buyer to pay you directly, or discussing outside payment methods, is strictly forbidden and is treated as a serious violation.
  • 19.Do not advertise other websites, marketplaces, or your own outside shop anywhere on the platform.
  • 20.Treat buyers with respect. No abuse, threats, harassment, or insults. Stay professional even during a dispute.

Listing rules

  • 21.List your offer in the correct game and category. The only exception is boosting services where the main result is items, which may be listed under items.
  • 22.No gambling-style listings. Lotteries, raffles, mystery boxes, or random-chance offers are not allowed.
  • 23.No fake or unrealistic pricing.
  • 24.Write your own descriptions. Do not copy another seller's listing text word for word. (This does not apply to standard smurf account listings.)
  • 25.Keep titles and descriptions clear, short, and relevant. Do not stuff them with extra details or keywords — a maximum of two keywords or keyword variations per listing.
  • 26.Do not use copyrighted images from game developers in your listings or profile picture. Listings with copyrighted content may be removed.
  • 27.Do not impersonate other sellers or Gamers Mandi staff. This includes copying another seller's shop name, logo, or branding, or using usernames designed to confuse buyers. Using the Gamers Mandi name, logo, or branding in your username or shop identity is not allowed.

Gamers Mandi may update these rules at any time. Sellers will be asked to accept the updated version before continuing to sell.
