This is the agreement between you and Gamers Mandi. It covers what you may buy and sell here, how your money is held, what we charge, what happens when something goes wrong, and the law that applies. Please read it before you trade.
Gamers Mandi (“Gamers Mandi”, “we”, “us”) is an online marketplace at gamersmandi.com where people in Pakistan buy and sell game accounts, in-game currency, top-ups, items and boosting services.
Gamers Mandi is operated as a sole proprietorship by [OWNER FULL NAME], of [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue is in progress; the registered name and NTN will be published here once issued.
“You” means the person using the site, whether as a buyer, a seller, or both. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Seller Rules.

You may use Gamers Mandi if you can lawfully enter into a contract under Pakistani law, and you are not barred from doing so by any order, sanction or previous ban from this site.
If you are under 18, you may only use Gamers Mandi with the knowledge and permission of your parent or legal guardian, and any purchase or sale must be made with their agreement. By trading here you confirm you have that permission. Your parent or guardian is responsible for what you do on the site and is bound by these terms alongside you.
We may ask for proof of age or of a guardian’s consent at any time, and may cancel an order or close an account if it is not given. Selling on Gamers Mandi requires identity verification and is restricted to people aged 18 or over, because a payout is made to a bank or mobile wallet account in the seller’s own name.
One account per person. You must give a real name and a working email address, and confirm that address with the code we send. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
Tell us immediately through the help button if you think somebody else has access to your account. Until you do, we cannot tell their actions apart from yours.
Gamers Mandi is for digital goods and services relating to video games: game accounts, in-game currency, top-ups, items and skins, and boosting or coaching services.

Listings are reviewed by staff before they go live, but review is not a guarantee. A listing that passes review can still be removed later.
Gamers Mandi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher or developer. Game names, logos and artwork belong to their owners and are used only to say which game a listing is for.
You are responsible for checking the rules of the game you are trading in and for deciding whether to accept that risk. A publisher banning an account after delivery is not something we can refund once the order has completed and the money has been released — see Refunds and disputes for what is and is not covered.
The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. We are not the seller of anything listed by a user, we do not own it, and we make no promise about its quality, its history, or how long it will last.
What we do provide is the middle:
A buyer pays Gamers Mandi, not the seller. We hold that money and do not pass it to the seller until the order is complete. This is the protection the site exists to provide.
We are not a bank and a wallet balance is not a deposit. It is money we hold for you from sales on this site, and it earns nothing.
Buyers pay the listed price. There is no separate buyer fee, though your bank or wallet provider may charge you for the transfer.
Sellers pay a commission on each completed sale, deducted from the escrow at completion. The rate depends on the category and is shown before you list. Withdrawing money from your wallet costs 1% of the amount withdrawn, and the smallest withdrawal is Rs 500.
We may change our fees. A change is announced in advance and never applies to an order that already exists.
Tax is your own affair. Gamers Mandi does not deduct or file tax on your behalf, and a seller earning through this site is responsible for their own obligations to the Federal Board of Revenue.
Selling requires verification: your CNIC and a photograph of you holding a dated note, checked by staff. What happens to those documents is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that:
Staff decide what a verified seller may sell. Access to a category or to a particular game can be restricted where there is a pattern of complaints, and boosting requires separate approval.
If an order goes wrong, open a dispute from the order page while the money is still held. That is the moment when we can act. The Refunds and disputes page explains what is covered, what evidence helps, and how long it takes.
Staff read the order chat, the delivery and the payment record, and decide how the escrow is released. Our decision on the release of escrow is final as far as this site is concerned. That does not take away any right you have to go to a consumer court or any other authority in Pakistan.
Before going to court, please raise it with us first through the help button. Most problems are a misunderstanding, and we would rather fix one than argue about it.
You agree not to:
We may pause a listing, restrict what an account can do, hold a payout, or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, where there is fraud, or where we are required to by law.
Where we hold or refuse a payout we will tell you why, unless telling you would itself frustrate an investigation or breach a legal duty. Money that is genuinely yours and not subject to a dispute or a legal hold will be returned to you.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Some records are kept afterwards — see the Privacy Policy for how long and why.
Gamers Mandi is provided as it is. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults, and we do not promise anything about a listing beyond what our review and escrow actually check.
We are not responsible for:
Where we are liable to you, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your rights under consumer protection law in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are not affected by anything written here.
The Gamers Mandi name, logo, design and written content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
What you upload — listing photographs, your profile picture, your words — stays yours. By uploading it you give us permission to show it on the site and to keep a copy as part of the order record. If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us through the help button and we will look at it.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect.
Continuing to use Gamers Mandi after a change means you accept it. An order already placed is governed by the terms as they stood when it was placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer, this does not stop you bringing a complaint to the consumer authorities or courts available to you where you live.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
