Escrow, for sellers

Escrow is not only the buyer's safety net. It is what lets a stranger pay you without either of you having to go first — and it protects you from the buyer who receives an account and then claims they never did.

When you get paid

The buyer pays us, not you

You are told the moment a buyer's payment is confirmed. The money is already with us at that point, so you can deliver knowing it exists — no more first-to-move problem.

You deliver

Instant listings hand themselves over automatically. Otherwise you deliver in the order chat within the time you promised on the listing. That promise is what a buyer is allowed to dispute against, so set it to something you can keep on a bad day.

The order completes

When the buyer confirms, your earnings become withdrawable immediately — no second wait. If they say nothing, it completes on its own after 5 days for accounts, 1 day for currency, top-ups and items, and 12 hours for boosting.

You withdraw

Until the order completes your earnings show as pending, which is the window that lets us settle a complaint with money that has not left the building. After that there is no further hold: the wait that protects everybody is the one before the order completes, and making you wait twice for the same reassurance would just be us holding your money.

Commission can differ by category — the rate that applies to your listing is the one shown when you list. Nothing is charged on a refunded order: if the buyer gets their money back, we take nothing.

What you are covered for

A buyer who received it and says otherwise. The order chat is the record. Deliver through it, and what you sent and when is not a matter of opinion.
Payment fraud. We confirm every payment before an order exists, so you are never delivering against a screenshot somebody edited.
A dispute you did nothing wrong in. Staff read the whole order before deciding, and a dispute resolved in your favour completes the order and pays you.

What is expected of you

Deliver inside the time you promised. Missing it is what lets a buyer dispute on the clock alone.
Keep the conversation and the delivery on Gamers Mandi. Taking a buyer off-site removes your protection as well as theirs.
Never recover an account after selling it. It is theft, the buyer is refunded from your balance, and it ends your selling account.
List only what you actually have and can hand over. Stock you do not hold becomes a missed delivery, and missed deliveries are what reputation is made of.

Your reputation is a straight percentage of buyers who said the trade went well. There is no way to average a bad one away — which is precisely why buyers trust it.
