Most problems are fastest to solve from the order they belong to, because that is where the record lives.
Open the order and use its chat. Staff can read an order thread, see the payment, the delivery and the timings, and act on it — none of which is true of a message that starts from scratch somewhere else.
If the order has gone wrong, open a dispute from the same page. That freezes the money while it is looked at. How refunds work.
Whichever you write to, include your Gamers Mandi username and the order reference if there is one. Without those, the first reply is always us asking for them.

If a seller or buyer asks you to pay or deliver outside Gamers Mandi, report it from the order chat and do not go along with it. Off-site payments are outside escrow, so there is nothing we can recover — but we can and do remove the account doing the asking.
